Application form information.
To apply for a therapy session all you need to do is fill out the application form below and I will respond as soon as possible, please fill out all the required information as this will help me help you.
I normally respond with in 24 hours if you have not had any contact from me after 24 hours please contact me via the “contact” button top right and please remember to check your junk mail folder.
If you don’t turn up for the free session you can still book another but there will be a small fee of £5.00 payable in advance.

I promise to treat your thoughts and feelings with the utmost care and respect at all times.
You do not pay for the session unless you're happy it provided a beneficial experience or helped clarify and support you as a person.
I do allow for fortnightly and monthly sessions as some people find this helpful. After the first free session there will be a refundable deposit.
