My experience has shown me that your problem cannot be solved by just reading text books or any training, that is because you are an individual person in your own right and any help and support has to be based on your needs at that particular moment in time.

You will never be forced to talk about experiences and upsetting events in your life, although this can be important and some times necessary this is therapy not an interrogation, we work at your pace and at your time scale.
I can personally understand how a past life experiences can push you in directions or into behaviors that are both emotionally painful and damaging to your future.
I trained and became a therapist because after I made the changes to my life with the help of therapy I wanted to be able to make a difference and help others to find the help they need as I once did because I understand that it does work.
FIRST SESSION NERVES
Feelings of anxiety or fear can be felt before the first session, it’s very normal to have such emotions before starting therapy; I do understand that in some cases this can be a very big step for you.
I will respect your thoughts and feelings and let you have the space to open up when you feel it’s safe and when the time is right for you to do so.
